Photo spots and the 1950 Ford

The 1950 Ford pickup, the decorative wagon, the pasture at sunset, the lake and the pines. All included, and all five minutes apart.

What to know

The family’s 1950 Ford is parked out front for every wedding. It has carried more bouquets than the florist.

The pasture faces west, so the hour before dinner is golden. The lake gives you the barn’s reflection, and the pines give you shade at noon.

Your photographer gets all of it without a shuttle: every spot is a short walk from the barn.

Questions

Couples ask

Can guests take photos with the truck?

Yes. It’s out front all day, and the family loves seeing the pictures.

Is there a carriage?

A horse-drawn carriage has been used for entrances; ask the family about arranging it.

Do we need an engagement session?

One is included with every wedding, right here on the farm.

See it for yourself

Tours take about an hour, with Beverly and Kerwin. Bring your partner, your parents or your planner.

Ask us to take a photo down

If you’re in a photo or video here and would rather not be, tell us which one. The family will remove it, usually within two days, and let you know.
