Yes. You’re welcome to bring any vendors you like. The family also keeps a list of local vendors they recommend.

Yes. Get a banquet license from Virginia ABC, and then you can bring your own beer, wine and liquor. Apply at abc.virginia.gov.

Yes, event insurance is required. You can usually add it through your homeowner’s insurance or buy it online. Cancellation insurance isn’t required, but we recommend it.

Your security deposit is non-refundable, and all cancellations must be made in writing.

All fees are due at least 60 days before your event. A payment plan can be set up.

January, February, March, July, August and December. Peak season is April through June and September through November.

Set-up time depends on your package, and every package includes time to decorate before the event. The family sets out all tables and chairs before you arrive and handles take-down and clean-up afterward.

Yes. Decorations can’t use nails and must come down without leaving damage. Decorations and outside rentals need to be out by 11 p.m. the night of your event.

The bridal suite and groom’s bungalow can both be used for overnight stays. Ask about it when you book.
